Privacy

What we collect

• Your account: name, email address, date of birth and password. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash.
• Family members you add: first name and date of birth, so we can check ages and put the right name on each ticket.
• Orders and tickets: what you bought, for which night, and who each ticket is for.
• Phone number (optional): only if you add one. Adults can choose to get texts. We record when and where you said yes or no, and the internet address you used, as proof of consent.
• Messages and party requests: what you send us through the Contact or Mobile parties forms.

Why we use it

To run your account, issue and check tickets, keep Teen Nights limited to ages 13 to 17, and reply to your messages and party requests.

Children and teens

You must be 13 or older to have an account, and only adults can buy tickets. Children under 13 appear only as a first name and date of birth on a parent or guardian's account. There is no member directory and no member-to-member messaging, and we never show any child's details publicly.

Texts and the voice helper

Texts and the voice helper are off until you turn them on in your account. They are for adults 18+ only. We never text teens or children.

Texts: up to 4 a month about nights and tickets. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Saying yes is not needed to buy tickets. Texts are sent by our text provider, Telnyx, which gets your phone number and the message.

Voice helper: this is an automated computer program, not a person. Your voice goes to Telnyx so the program can hear and answer you. We don't save recordings on our site. Don't share card numbers, passwords or anything about a child on a call.

Payments

Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider. This site never sees or stores your full card number. Payments on this demo are in test mode, so no real money is charged.

Cookies

We use one sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Your choices

You can update your profile and family members from your account page. Questions about your data, or want something removed? Send us a note and we'll take care of it.
